Privacy policy
Casper Entertainment uses this website to publish local event and venue information and connect guests with official ticket sellers. The site has no user accounts and does not process ticket payments directly.
Information you choose to provide
Contact and booking forms send the information you enter to Casper Entertainment through our hosting provider. Newsletter signup is provided by Hive.co, which processes your email address, marketing consent, and any optional genre interests you select to manage your subscription. Ticket purchases are processed by TIXR under TIXR's privacy and purchase terms.
The site uses first-party browser storage and cookies to show the newsletter invitation no more than once every 24 hours and to stop showing it in that browser after a successful signup. This preference does not follow you to a different browser or device.
Site delivery and security
Our hosting and security providers may process standard request details, including IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and diagnostic logs, to deliver and protect the website.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics measures page visits, traffic sources, public event interest, ticket-link clicks, and successful newsletter or inquiry submissions. It may receive browser and device information and use first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_*. We send general page routes, limited campaign labels, and public event identifiers. We do not send search text, URL query strings, form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or order information to Google Analytics. Google advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled. Ticket clicks are not recorded as purchases.
This site uses the BandWagon Meta Pixel to understand website visits, event-page interest, event searches, clicks to official TIXR checkout, and completed inquiry or newsletter forms. When advertising measurement is allowed, Meta may receive the page URL, browser and device information, event identifiers, and Meta cookies such as _fbp or _fbc. We do not send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, ticket payment details, or order information to Meta.
The Meta Pixel is delayed so it does not compete with the initial page load. You can turn analytics and advertising measurement off at any time. Global Privacy Control signals are honored automatically. When measurement is off, the site stops new measurement events and clears the Analytics and Meta cookies it can access.
Wyoming and visitor rights
Wyoming does not currently have a comprehensive consumer-data privacy statute. Visitors may still have rights under other applicable laws, and we will review reasonable access, correction, or deletion requests for information held directly by Casper Entertainment.
